HYDRANGEA

This is a hydrangea bush and flower. I first learned about these when I was visiting Brandi & Matt in North Carolina. Matt brought one single flower home for Brandi one day. ( like the one on the right). I thought it was so cool. It's like it's own little bouquet. I was just so fascinated by it. They are all over out east I guess. Anyway just a little something that made me HAPPY.

Hydrangeas are beautiful! They like to live along the coast here in California. Inland they are hard to care for. They do not like it to dry. But they are so like a bouquet!

These will also grow in Utah and Indiana. However, I believe they do grow best in the southeast. I have a fake one just like the small picture. I need to stick it into a pot and set it at the front door.
They are pretty.

You just reminded me that I forgot to bring my hydrangea bush with me to our new house! Maybe I can sneak over and get mine from our old house?! These are really the coolest flowers ever!! Especially the ones that are purple!
