I smiled, I cried, I laughed, I loved

OK so 2 days ago I was feeling unbalanced.
So what have I done since then?
I sincerely prayed for strength and guidance and expressed my gratitude to the Lord for my many blessings.
I meditated, focused on breathing and slowing down negative thoughts in my head.
I did go to the gym after writing that, and jogged 4 miles.  (They had CNN on the TV and Harry Reid was yappin' and his lies started to piss me off and it was a good thing, because then I ran harder, faster, and longer!  ha ha.)   After my run then I put on upbeat, positive music which also helps my mood.
I went to the grocery store and bought tuna steaks, brown rice,  cucumber, tomato, avocado salad,  fresh strawberries, and 'skinney cow' ice cream sandwiches.
I met Greg after work and we were able to get some golf in, see some beautiful deer and a beautiful sunset with a Full moon.
Then today I was fortunate enough to go work and serve others that are dealing with the many trials of Cancer.   I stopped and cried with someone who was all alone in her room.   I gave out snacks to patients and family members that spend long hours going through tests and chemotherapy treatments, etc.   I laughed with patients as one guy told his survival of cancer and  he was like a comedian, and watching and laughing with them was so rewarding.
And I smiled.  And I smiled.

I agree with older sister. Sometimes we have to pull ourselves UP and do the things that you did.

Remember, you are not alone..

The Lord said, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41:10
