Well we had a nice time together celebrating Independence Day this year over at Sheila's.
BIG Fireworks are now legal here in Utah, and Ted did not disappoint with a "BIG Show"!
Sheila and I were experimenting with our camera's. Fireworks are HARD to photograph. I think next year I'll concentrate on the faces of the spectators more.
That is not a 'cane' in Ted's hand. That is his 'lighter'. Seriously. He's hilarious.

It was soooo nice having you and mom there to help. thanks for taking charge of the games- something i didn't even think of, but the kids loved. glad you were on it, sis. sorry we didn't play the water balloon toss. too many distractions, i guess- but they loved the pool stuff.

It was a nice 4th of July. This was the 3rd time I got to spend it with the Heaps. You got a good picture of a firework. I got to play water balloon toss with you (Demonstration). On your third toss to me,I touch the balloon and it burst and made me wet. I loss in that game.
