Interesting how our minds work, huh?

This is the same back yard. The same run down parking lot and apartments. Now, what is your "initial" feelings, or impressions? Are they different? Did they change? If you wrote down the top 3 feelings, or adjectives, that comes to your mind, what would they be? For those of you that don't know, this is "my backyard". This is how I SEE it.
This is where I call home. Does it change your opinion about me? If I was a stranger and you never met me, would you have preconceived ideas about me. It's interesting how our minds process things. Things are not always the way they seem. There's always more to the story in the big picture of others lives. My world is not Black and White. I continue to learn, and practice not being judgemental. ( Just thinking.) By the way these peaches pears, and flowers, are in the first 2 pictures, but you have to LOOK PAST the run-down parking lot and apartment. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO LOOK PAST what our eye sees first.

Ah Ha! We have to look closer to see ALL the beauty!! Yes we need to cultivate gratefulness for the blessings we have. Good lesson, Sandy. Thanks!!!!

I say look for beauty and happiness first and you may never notice shabby, old or ugly. If there is no beauty and happiness to be found then your help may be needed.
