Okay, so I'm working on my "core". My trainer has introduced me to some new "core strengthening" apparatus's in the gym. The 1st thing I noticed is my balance. I've always felt my balance was above average. (after all, I use to do cartwheels, splits, and back handsprings on the "balance" beam). OK; that was 20 years ago. Just seems like yesterday. HA! I'm also going to a 50 minute yoga class with a instructor, and let me tell you, it's not quite as easy as it looks. doing a pose is one thing, Holding a pose .... I'm like the " leaning tower of Pizza". Help me-- I'm falling...
Well, anyway I'm having fun so far. We'll see how long this lasts.

I was shocked at how far my balance was off, after all I've always been good at hiking and climbing. However, I find myself a little wobbly when climbing up on the roof. Any way, strengthing your core is the way to go!!! Keep it up, your doing good!
just give it time- alot of the balance and muscle and other stuff, will come backe- not all, but alot! yes yoga is hard and sweaty, too.
now, why is it that only one post at a time shows up on your page?is that on purpose or just because, you don't really know?
I have NO IDEA why my posts are like this! As a matter of Fact, it's iritating the hell out of Me!!! But what's an idiot to do???
I am recieving all your posts, no problem. Though sometimes when I go thru Pedaling I only get the most recent post.
