Beautiful, fun Day! I like these pictures of Sheila. She just got done swimming in this cold mountain lake, and manages to smile at us, while we're cheering, and she's catching her breath, getting ready to pedal, and run for miles and miles. Great Job! I missed some pictures of TJ. I think because he was so fast!
