Well, it's a rainy, wet day here in SLC, UT. It's still beautiful but too wet to go out on the golf course today. So me & Greg are just hanging "in", watching conference, and sports. The house smells good with a pot of beans, garlic, onions, jalapeno, and pork cooking. Then I also have tortillas, limes, avocado, and onions. There is a little la tienda de mexicana, not far from here, and I love to go shop there when I'm craving mexican food. I also get to practice my spanish, and communicate in spanish. La carne, la fruta, y las verduras, are really fresh and tasty. They have excellent and very lean chorizo, which we like to have on Sunday's together. My other favorite thing that I get there is that white, crumbling, goat cheese. (crema fresca). Yummy!

Happy Rainy Day

Mmm..that sounds good
If I could trade a bowl of Tortilla Soup for your bowl of beans, it would be great fun! Thinking of you and Greg as we eat.
