The Lord's Prayer
Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallow be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil;
For thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory, for ever. Amen.
Matthew 6:9-13

How Jesus loved his Father's name and he taught us to pray that his father's name be held holy, or sanctified. And also to pray for God's kingdom to come and God's will to be done. Then we pray for our personal needs for the day. (Not for selfish desires) And we pray for others and we ask for forgiveness of our sins, also, we must forgive others. And we further request deliverance from evil, all of Satans traps and snares that he puts in front of us everyday. Thanks for this reminder! To always put God's interests first in our prayers and then address our own needs. Thank you. thank you. This is so uplifting!
