I love the bright colors of the pinwheels blowing in the breeze! And the ingenuity of whirlygigs, tho' I don't want too many, a few placed in strategic spots are nice. You can NEVER have too many pinwheels. Do you love them because they are simple and Cheerful?
I would add BALLOONs to this love of simplistic pleasures.
It seems I remember Grandma having them around when I was growing up. I think it's just the motion and colors. Very fun to watch especially as the wind direction changes.

You know I love whirlgigs. I haven't seen any lately.
I guess I will have to go to the Indiana Covered Bridge Festival to find one.
