Just out playing with my new camera. I love to blow on these and watch the little "parachutes" get carried away in the wind. They also remind me of "Horton hears a Who".

Did you know you can make dandelion salad? David and I made dandelion salad one day, with wild dandelions. It tasted like spring mix. He is really into the outdoors, and survival skills. We use to always try foods out in the wild. (like indians) He gathered pine nuts, some type of grass that grows on the edge of water that taste like bean sprouts, cactus, and a few other plants that he had read about. One time we even had rabbit stew. (It wasn't very good, but we made it, and tasted it.)
I use to tease him and say, If you have ranch dressing out in the wild, anything taste good for survival. hahah!
We love the outdoors.

We had mustard greens all over our yard this year. They are a weed but you throw them in a spring mix as well.

I love dandelions too.
