This picture is of a statue that is extremely sad. I wonder who made this statue and what it means to the sculptor. I see an angel who is mourning. I see an angel on his knees, weak and praying for strength to carry on. People find their selfs feeling like this statue looks. However, unlike a stone statue we are children of God and can be lifted up by the arms of Christ. If necessary Christ will even carry us until we gain strength and faith that put us back on our feet. Then we can move forward with Christ guiding us.
That statue makes me think, that it must be MY guardian angel. It takes alot of strength, to watch over me, and pick me up when I feel I just can't do it anymore. I think he's been working OVERTIME. He's exhausted. And so am I. But, I'll be up and running soon.
