Jesus is reminding his Jewish audience to continue to rely on Jehovah who loves his people dearly and would never leave them, if they did not leave Him. God wants us to rely on him in full confidence, based on how He took care of His people in the past. Compare: Exodus 16:4, 19
I am glad that you were able to spend some time with Josie. It is wonderful to have a girlfriend that you can relax with and talk and listen to. Good Girl friends need to each other. I know, I miss my Sandy friend, daughter and my Sandy W. friend too.
