Accountability can be very tough and easy to avoid when those in positions of trust and leadership skirt the rules.
It can also be hard, sometimes, when parenting because it requires so much consistency when we'd rather be doing something else. I don't know how people parent and help their children understand accountability without the help of the Lord.
