A Quick trip into Salt Lake City. Had dinner with Katie at Old Spaghetti Factory. It was good. I've been craving pasta. I had cheese and spinach ravioli, and spaghetti in a mushroom sauce.I have a follow-up appointment and MRI tomorrow. I anticipate good news and hope I can start physical therapy and exercise soon. I think I'm recovering well.
I feel good. Just kinda sore and achey at the end of day.
Thank goodness for airplanes. I'll be back in California in 2 hours.
