Brad, Edie, and Humphrey

In 1985 a humpback whale, named
"Humphrey" got a little off course while swimming from Alaska to Mexico. For some reason he made a wrong turn, and started swimming up the delta of the Sacramento River. It was one of the most publicized whale rescues covered. Why am I telling you this? Because....
This is where Brad, Edie, Greg, and I all had brunch at yesterday, here in California, at 'Humphrey's' restaurant. It was a beautiful day. The restaurant is right on the delta. I saw sailboats, a ship, and tug boat, a remote control sailboat, and fisherman, fishing for sturgeon and striped bass, (but no whale today, anyway.)
Oh- and the best part was I ate great food and got some time to
hang out with my cousin Brad!
It was a Happy Day!

It looks like a very happy day! I remember the news story about "Humphrey the Whale" how interesting to actually be at the very delta where it happened! Happy Happy!

Being with Edie and Brad is always fun. Enjoy being with your California cousins and Aunt Joanie as often as you can.
