D.C. Stinks! Help Cherilyn Eagar flush (politics as usual) in Washington D.C. Here are the top five reasons to release Utah’s incumbent senator with a vote of thanks:
1.He is addicted to the gateway drug of the Potomac, bankrupting our nation by voting for pork spending earmarks 91% of the time, refusing to support both transparency and an earmark moratorium.
2.He plays the “Let’s Make A Back-Room Deal” game, responsible for brokering the bailout and has recently received payback in campaign funds from the very bank he bailed out.
3.He’s rated the 8th most liberal Republican Senator and was #1 Republican to receive campaign funds from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac.
4.When he defended the bail-out, he rejected the notion of a free market saying, “Reagan is dead. Get over it.”
5.He has told Utah legislators that the U.S. Constitution is an old-fashioned document that no longer applies to us

Great post...we're "Eagar" to replace "Bailout Bob" too! His liberal pro-earmark stance puts him at odds with us Utahns. He will be long dead before we get a chance to begin to pay off the massive federal debt his 18 years of disservice to our state and country.
Sandy: somewhere on this list we need to add the Wyden-Bennett socialized healthcare sham he proposes which includes federal funding of abortions.
