I love seeing some of Papa and my Christmas traditions that are being practiced. One asked me where the orange/onion dish came from. Papa could tell you but I only know that Joe Lax, Carrie's husband. always made that for the Christmas Dinner. It was either a southern dish or an Italian dish. I find it yummy but lots of family members and guests don't like it.
