From a distance, this young child's life doesn't look so bad.
But as the camera pulls away, you see a much bigger picture of his life.
We all have very limited vision. We see what we want or are able to see. Some are not ready to look yet.
If you go to the movies to "escape" from life, for an hour a two, this is not the movie for you. If you want to challenge your outlook on life and the life's of others that we share this earth with then go and see some reality and don't close your eyes. Take it in.

By the way, I have know idea why this is a R rating? I see a lot more bad, negative, ugly things on the 5:00 news and some of the other junk shown on our TV sets everyday. I know some people that won't watch R rated movies, Because of preconcieve judgements made without, questioning first, or obtaining information. Society is so quick to judge. In this case based on one letter-"R". Question, educate, then make decisions.

i still think it should have been rated r- if it were pg13 then that would have given me the idea that it was ok for 13 and older and i just think they are still too young to witness the violence and cruelty in this show....they can read about and learn about it yes....but watching it lived out on a full blown movie screen, i don't know, let's keep them innocent to the ugliness of things for as long as we can...but that's just my opinion.
