In addition to knowing who your congressmen are, find out who your local Delegates are so you can contact them and let them know what's on your mind about issues. Ask them questions on issues, and let them know your feelings on issues. We all need to keep asking questions, keep learning, and keep informed.
Delegates vote on YOUR behalf.

Congrats. You'll have to expand a little on your new found understanding of caucus and delegates.
Oh and what did Sheila and Ted say in their statements?
sheila rambled on senselessly about blogs, sarah palin, glenn beck, i think she mentioned mitt romney and then actually got something in there about the current utah candidates (not the county ones though, though county delegate she is; she knew nothing of them) may have mentioned on how the current healthcare bill had nothing to do with healthcare, at all...and ended, in her daddy's honor, with a statement in regards to always voting for the candidate who most values the sanctity of life.
oh, and my sis, sea shells, was right there by my side soaking it all in.
at the end in the hall as we were leaving she gave me a hug and said, "Dad would be proud."
i love my family.
